Absolutely agree at this point. While I would like to know about the $13M and the 8th component as much as anyone else the reality is there is a specific amount of time to disseminate material information which if memory serves me, is 10 business days.

The cash could already be in the bank etc, etc but given the time of year, a NR has yet to be prepared. Also remember that a NR must also receive approval of the board of directors and so on. If we get beyond 10 days from December 31st then there is justifiable reason for questions.
