As a Canadian I sure do...I agree it's too loosely worded to be an official announcement of any sort, but may be a precursor to the real thing today. Unfortunately for those of us who'd like to transfer the max possible shares into their TFSAs, if they make that announcement today it will drop that number substantially.

i would be happier if they waited until Friday to make the announcement but they have never listened to me in the past and I doubt they will this time.
