They are definitely a great pair and complement each other very nicely  but what is really important is that Suresh is now free to concentrate on workload associated with commercial production. He will not be part of any roadshow that I am aware of.  He does not have to be Vivek is really well equipped to talk to investors

This really is a winning combination to manage POET and customer needs and by extension ours. 

Everyone remains busy and it is easy to see that Vivek is very well suited to take the POET message forward and his knowledge of the optical industry is unparalleled.
