You are a brave soul!  Get ready for tar and feathers.  Thanks for that memory.  Those who own a "house on the corner" and want to sell it have a hell of a waiting game.  There is no way to make that waiting game pass faster and no way to make it fun.  It is a necessary evil so bite the bullet, that is if you can dodge the ones that will be directed toward you.  You are not toeing the party line!
