I think it's great to have Vivek join, irrespective of whatever may or may not have happened at Macom.  First, he's obviously sharp technically, although I think we are well covered there already.  But he should have contacts and those contacts may be persuaded that POET is on the cusp of something special.  He'll likely spend a decent amount of time on the phone with those contacts, and we may see more outside interest generated as a result.
