Baba, I hear you...but about the pattern, i must disagree..From the first NR of the sale in febr. untill now, there is not much delay. In Febr. they signed a LOI that expect to complete in sept. And in august they signed a definitif agreement. Only the amount of payments is adjusted, from 2 to 3 and a very small delay(1 week..) for the first payment. So were is the pattern that you talk about? i think they disurve a little more credit don't you? If the first payment get stalled again and again, i will change my mind..
