So they raised $182 000 in this latest round (12% is very good, congrats to all who got in there, not the greatest terms for the company but who cares about that). At least that's one PTK fanboy theory shot down. No covert, speculative power play by the Chinese to get their hands on PTK. 

Bit of relief for the longs as long at PTK doesn't set up another funding. Just have to wait for this overhead to clear up and relieve that share price.
