Not enough substance!!!!!!

Regrettably, management can say and present whatever they want, until they deliver something or execute something on time and communicate substantive progress the trust has gone. 

Suresh, Tom and the Board of Directors, IMHO, you have a serious credibility issue that has evolved. 

I admire the decision to bring the AGM to Toronto for whatever reason, but the trust is gone until you deliver..... period.

Just get something done, communicate it and let your shareholders enjoy something positive
