Believe it or not, I can think of a potential positive here:  the buyers still want “in” and their agreement to pay a part of the purchase price now and DL’s costs for the rest of the year whispers that Poet may just have some decent leverage, maybe someone else in the wings? 

Thus, the amount of the first installment will be telling!
