Agreed, nothing 100% and certainly a number of conditions listed in the share sale agreement found on SEDAR  (see document “Other Material Contracts - English” dated Aug 20; section 2 and schedule 2).

I would recommend reading through the entire document, some interesting tidbits referring to OI related customers where information has been redacted due to competively sensitive information (ie NDA’s).  Implied in the wording is that these are existing OI customers outside the scope of the Denselight share sale agreement.  IMO, of course!
