There's never been a shareholder of a devlopmental company that didn't want a rights offering.  But they rarely happen.  I'm sure TM would openly discuss the way in which they went.

Seems that the debentures came close to that - I think most here could get in if they really wanted to. Seemed like some got in and they didn't even realize what they got!!
