The more i hear about the debentures the more i wonder if they were not just a 12 % incentive to insure that the largest shareholders (who were the ones who qualified to buy) would vote for the Denselight sale or risk losing their money. As brought up by one poster who said something to the effect that they only bought them because of the fact they can be redeemed for cash after the Denselight sale.

i mean to say it is extremely unlikely a Debenture holder will vote NO.
