Re the AGM: I hope to be able to provide an approximate number for the pub reservation this weekend and I will notify those attending ether as a list in a forum post and/or by PM or email to ensure you are counted.

Make sure that you advise whether you are just attending the AGM or intend to stay and join us for the get together after the AGM. As I mentioned the goal is to have the gathering a very short walk (same building if possible) from the AGM.

I think this AGM is going to be extremely informative. There is a lot to cover. I have no idea at this time whether there is a plan to video conference.
