Rick,

We just don't have those yet. The only thing I read as part of the 4 million that Poet could receive from the buyer is if DL does 9 million in sales from Jan 1 2019 through Dec 31 2019. I believe after the sale is closed we may start to get some numbers but I believe it will be more about the qualification process being completed with ramp up and plans for the new year.
