I agree Joe, nothing has changed.

The company is well positioned now to make the necessary moves to bring this product to market, and as IAS said, this consortium wouldn't be putting their cash into a big question mark...it's very un-Chinese.

I have my stink bid in...please jtb, sell your traders down to me, I'll be glad to take them for the duration.
