That this entity is not buying Denselight for the sake of getting the Denselight manufacturing lines when they could have probably started from scratch on their own.

Therefore the bigger picture i think is that long ago they realized what Poet had and desperately wanted in on the oportunity to be part of it.

Therfore i think we have only seen the top of the iceberg...and remember 9 tenths remains underwater..
