Jack how would they steal the technology? They will be building active components to supply POET's optical engine needs from Singapore and from a new high volume Greenfield facility in China. And to be clear Jack this does not limit POET in any way. POET now has cash and I fully expect that DL will be one supplier. If you think for a minute that this is it I think you are sadly mistaking. This is the first deal to supply lasers and detectors to meet POETs commercial needs. 

And yes I will sleep very well tonight knowing that a major transaction based on the future of the Optical Interposer has reached a positive outcome to supply China while staying under the US radar.
