Sure it would, an announcement would have to be made if they fell out of compliance with the exchange.

I am not thinking that is going to happen.

Tuesday is the last day and as crzy said, it's a good day to release news, usually.

To me it all depends on who the name is and what the deal is. I don't expect a sudden leap in price but I suppose it's conceivably possible they will come to us with a buyout offer.

The point being....no one knows what's going to happen...
