My understanding is that the buyer is a fab and a very big one or an affiliate. So it would be much more likely that the customer(s) of the DL buyer are paying NRE to POET for the advanced optical engines. In the future since POET will not own a fab they may have to pay NRE to the DL buyer for new OI enabled active device development which POET then licenses to the new owner of DL.
