Gerem do you really think there is accurate information to project something like this? There are always conflicting rumours and when they are so close to reporting material news there is always a concern that someone is getting too good a deal. Consider how it would be viewed by the regulator when news does come out that really has a big impact on the share price. I mean there was a big question whether T4 would even be opened before news was issued but I personally think the delay in the sale was part of the driver to do T4.

So yes if you would prefer not to read my posts then put me on ignore but don't criticize me for voicing what I think. Based on info I was hearing I felt there was a good chance that the funds had come on board under NDA but clearly they have not provided them with a level of detail that would convince them to buy. So I do like  the idea of warrants coming into the money and being exercised but I have always thought that POET will spend every dollar that is raised to enable the fastest possible transition to commercial production and aggressively expand the POET OI application. I do think there will be more tranches but I fully expect it will be at a much higher price and as such the regulator will be satisfied with the timing.
