Probably most of the new buyers that wanted in Poet just bought the debentures, therefore at present time there is no demand for the shares on the open market and therefore no great price apprecation.

We cant forget that insiders bought in to the first Tranche of (unsecured debentures) which the company could have put out secured debentures and probably got way more subscribers. Therefore i take this as a sign that all is proceeding well.

Even though i didnt qualify to buy debentures,i bought in heavily adding to my position when price was .32 therefore not getting 12 % on debentures but now sitting on 24% gain so even the small guy had the opportunity to get a good deal.

Also i put great emphasis on the fact that they are selling Denselight....i mean does anyone think they would be selling if the OI was not fully tested and ready to go.It served its purpose and now its dead weight...
