As far as rounding up signatures goes,  I’m a bit skeptical- I believe that’s a red herring. 

As far as the OI having been qualified by several potential customers, well, even submarines leak.   I’ve seen no evidence in the share price over the last six months that such is the case.  

I understand it’s not all about the share price when considering how Poet may be progressing, but it’s a factor to be considered, as are all the excellent points made by various knowledgeable posters.  

I think Dash wrote “it’s a guess” - boy or boy, that sums it up pretty well!  LOL.
