I can't believe that all the technical hurdles have not been cleared. While I agree it has not been formally stated, every indication up until this point has been indicative of success. Would successful qualification be material and require and announcement? Sure it would, but the Venture exchange has been pretty liberal with the rules so far with POET and they might let that slide too if the company asked for a bit more secrecy do to the buyers request.

I'm just guessing here, clearly, but it seems to make the most sense at this point.
