Also, I'm hoping the negotiations are already in the bag and that my previous post is a moot point.  But one never knows ---when there are delays. Hopefully this delay has more to do with dotting i's and crossing t's and meeting various regulatory requirements than it does not coming to satisfactory mutual agreement. I think it's prudent for Poet to do the fourth tranche at any rate.
