We have to believe the SV and the rest of the BoD, who are more then qualified to negotiate a contract such as the one they are dealing with, will not lead us astray. Nevertheless, waiting until just about the last possible minute is troubling; did this "roadblock" just pop up or have they known for a week or more that they were never going to finish the agreement in time?

Of course there are countless things that could have arisen to sidetrack the deal and maybe we'll never know what the actual issue was, but again feeling broken that we have to wait another several weeks until this is resolved.

It just doesn't feel like a buyout to me since all they need to do is come up with a number; a partnership is much more difficult as the devil is in the details.
