DASH: waiting until just about the last possible minute

Exactly right DASH, according to regulations they must hold the AGM no later than 15 months beyond last year's.  Sep 20th is 15 months.  So, the silver lining (if you are a glass half full person) is that there can be no delays beyond Sep 20th!
