Representatives of the buyer of DenseLight intend to be present at the Meeting.

For those people who felt that the buyer of  DL was purely a play to add an InP fab to  their fleet I  think you can agree that the presence of the buyer at the AGM is  significant and I  think  we can conclude that it pertains to  supply and cooperation agreements.  I expect we will come to regard the relationship as more of a partnership.

Again as we were told: The buyer’s success is dependent on the production of active devices specifically designed for the optical interposer.

Baba I think you said it would be a coup if we could get the buyer to come to Toronto and explain what their plans are to expand the operation.
