The sale of DL is associated with supplying some of the active devices and increasing the capacity of the plant to sopply that part of the optical interposer platform demand. The money being accessed from the sale are intended to expand the other parts as required. I don't believe that includes any requirement to expand the silicon/dielectrics performed at SilTerra but it may. Certainly test and assembly is a big part that are expected to move in part from some of the subcon's.
As far as Palomar goes that will as far as I know be part of the new owners initiative and since POET as the owner of DenseLight never issued an NR on that one we could assume that that consortium was never intended to be part of POETs direct future. Although POET does own some equipment from Palamar through DenseLight.
