One big bullet dodged for now - the buyer has not blown us out - don't forget, that was one possible scenario that we could have been hit with this week.

It is impossible to call any delay good news but as I stated in an earlier post the bigger the company the more sign off is required. And if this (Singapore) is foreign soil to the buyer it probably adds to the complexities.
