Hogan come on, I think my question is ligit, I'm talking about legal obligation to disclose the name of the buyer if under NDA, maybe they could only give details regarding type of activities of the buyer, countries where it does business, annual sales figure, etc., without naming. 

Anyways I got it, I'll ask no more question.
