Interesting scenario but I Hope that there is NO BUYOUT offer

If there is we will all be scr$#@d for all the years we 've been waiting and be left with almosst nothing (.50-.75)

I'm just wondering why a private company with just an app (What's App) could have been taken out for $16 billion and conversely, how anyone can think POET would have less leverage than a company like that with the astounding patent portfolio and paradigm-shifting technology that it has?
