Maybe the AGM delay was requested by th buyer. Let me explain.

Once the buyer s name is reveal, he will surely want to release a NR or showcase a prototype of what could be produce by this new DL fab to explain why they will be putting 100 millions in it for new equipment etc.

Possible that a few more days were needed to fine tune a proper presentation or a highly detail NR.

Just speculations on my part.
