POET will not set up an AGM if the deal has not been agreed upon.

While the change of date may just be logistics I doubt the deal is in any danger of falling apart.

While most people think it will be a big name buyer I doubt it. It will be most likely a company most of us have not heard about. 

It most certainly will not be GF or Cisco.

I hope I am wrong but we should know the buyer this week.
