You are a long time share holder and long time  share holders could use  a  break at this point..  And Longtime Poet ,, I do agree,, the current management was handed a mess by the previous managements so they probably knew what they were getting into.. Copetti gave a Ajit his line of BS and he took PTK on  along with  a pretty good salary if memory serves me right ..  That is why these get the big bucks.. Time will tell,,as they say , but unfortunately,, time is money  which for venture stocks can be a problem. Good luck to the longs !!
