Rumours? What rumours? I have heard people on this forum comment on who they think the buyer of DL is but I  don’t think I have seen anyone actually say they heard from an inside source who the buyer is.

What we do have are comments from SV at the first IBK CC in which the recording became public. In the second CC comments became public through postings here. 

So I think that some are making assumptions on the size of the company based on those comments which include a statement from SV of the buyer’s intention to invest >$100million on both the DL facility and greenfield facility.

I have received a question re Rockley's platform and how POET’s platform compares. The question was no doubt inspired by the recent financing Rockley received. 

So the feedback I received when asking POET management how Rockley compares.

I received two responses (which have been previously shared on this  forum):

First that POET's platform is recognized as superior and that opinion is apparently held by not just POET management but Rockley's as well. That being said it was also acknowledged that POET offers a pathway for Rockley with the potential that they could work together in the future.
