Baba said 'Trini, I believe POET will have to issue an NR essentially simultaneously with mailing the proxy materials, so that everyone gets access to the material info (at a minimun, the name of buyer and a brief description of the terms of the contract, assuming there is one).

Why would they go through the expense of the mailing if thye are going to have a NR.

They could have just posted it up on their website have a NR  and we could have all D/L as they have done the last few years.

From the action I have seen the last few days, the information may already be out to be printed and mailed out.
