Trini, I believe POET will have to issue an NR essentially simultaneously with mailing the proxy materials, so that everyone gets access to the material info (at a minimun, the name of buyer and a brief description of the terms of the contract, assuming there is one).  Generally, the proxy materials are a yawner, but not this time.  Can you imagine if there were three or four days difference as to when the proxy materials were actually received by shareholders?  And that will certainly be the case.
