I have been thinking about your question as to why only those registered by closing on the 24th,,, reading the conditions precedent you outline that must be met before 1 July includes the requirement "Poet having distributed a circular in respect of the Sale of DenseLight to shareholders for approval;"..

This would seem to require a definite list of firm's shareholders on the 24th in order to distribute the circular prior to 1 July to shareholders in order to meet with this condition.

I think the 'post office doctrine' prevails although I stand to be corrected..

That is  --- the circular regarding the sale of dense light will be deemed to have been delivered on the date that it was posted.. Does not necessarily have to be received.. But to meet  the condition it would be sufficient to provide evidence that list of all shareholders were sent a copy of the distribution circular..

If that is true then I anticipate that we might be in receipt of the circular respecting the sale of dense light before the end of this week.. Indeed given the advantage of computers POET's "people"  might be able to 'press the send button' as early as tomorrow morning.. Just thoughts no evidence  ....   tpower
