This is a little hard to comprehend for me.  If news of the Denselight buyer could possibly be revealed on June 24th and it is a major name, and that hopefully the share price rises because of this, why is Yee-Loy Lam selling for .36???

Is he that tight for cash?

Just use a little imagination... you don't know whether he has kids and what educational costs he faces. You don't know whether he has any extended family needing support (or presenting him with urgent problems). You don't know how patient his wife is, or how modest her pre-success economic demands might be. You don't know whether he has any health or other urgent issues of his own (car repair? abcessed tooth? upcoming surgery?) You don't know if he has legal issues to contend with on a personal level. 

We do know that he and everyone else has been working hard for a long time with low salary. The major economic issues of life never bother to pause in their demands...
