I guess it’s difficult to raise funds when you can’t disclose material information under NDA and then have the participants qualified by being an accredited investor (income of $200,000. Or combined $300,000 or assets of $5,000,0000 outside of real estate).

 They’re just trying to tread tread water until denselight sale closes .
