Actually Dash,

As I recall there will be roughly 15 employees who worked just on the optical interposer that will remain with POET and continue to be located in Sinapore at I suspect a new test facility. Those detail as understand (as of a couple weeks ago) were still being worked out. Also there will be requirements for staff at the subcon sites in SE Asia.
