perhaps it’s the ongoing financing but IMHO, we are where we are until there is disclosed evidence that substantiates the economic value of the OI, nothing more nothing less

Not DD I know but, until Poet can demonstrate that what they have will generate value, we are stuck irrespective of who the buyer is of the DL biz
