Good summary, fairchijisback. I like the comment "The technology is progressing with really the only limitations to development being time and money."
That comment states a very real world condition for a start-up company like Poet. They obviously have something that very big companies need. The sale of Denselight will certainly help with the money part. Once the name of the buyer comes out, it may help even if the name is not well-known. If it is well-known they we get a wow moment. If it is not a well-known name then we get a series of wow moments if they are a major supplier to many large to very large companies. That hockey stick moment, when it comes, should be one with legs. Very exciting times for Poet once the Denselight sale closes.
Question: Were any questions raised to management that cites responses for any reasons why the Denselight sale could not be closed sooner?
