Seems to me that it is very conceivable that POET has been working with Palomar in the US and keeping this on the down low. And now we have Palomar, LUX consortium with DenseLight in Singapore.
This plays very directly to POET's high speed advanced wafer level packaging design.
I have always wondered why POET did not want to PR the new Innovation Center consortium in Singapore.
