Good morning Dave.. Support your thoughts on the time table.. But I might add.. Prior to AGM materials being received mid July and the call for the vote.. POET will want to see the stock higher than mid 30's...improve the disposition of the troops.. So some NR should be expected... Just a thought.. tpower
