The only way the companies that POET has under NDA would decide to buy the company is if they recognize the technology as basically ready for prime time. Remember what Suresh talked about in terms of companies actually qualifying technologies during build out and each will have their own independent standards. The active devices will change over time no question about this. And the mix and match which by the way Lebby's high speed low power modulator could well be part of that slice will go on and on. It is the CMOS compatible process and the passive connectivity which is not subject to long periods of qualification that these people are interested in. I expect 5G is going to turn out to be a big part of that decision in terms of the lowest cost passive optical networks that will be required.

Keep  in mind that POET began working with companies on 400G last year. They know whether it  works or not and when we see POET management including the GM of DL participate in the debenture it points to high confidence in the future of this ground breaking platform. If it is  on the table there will  be a feeding frenzy in my opinion.
