I believe that POET is very happy with the buyer of DL and the commercial relationship to establish an OI based product line. I expect that the statement made is specifically directed at shareholders to say our fab light plan will proceed regardless of any possibility that the buyer backs out.

Are the other parties interested in DL because they want to ensure they have a commercial relationship with POET and the OI products that will be generated in both data and sensing?
