Looks like others are intersested in Denselight if negotiations don't go well.

We are now committed to pursuing our “fab-light” strategy and selling our DenseLight subsidiary, if necessary to another of several interested parties if the current negotiations are not successful. As a direct result of this decision, our Financial Statements beginning with Q1 of 2019 will treat DenseLight as “discontinued operations”.
