For the record I was told not to trade POET during the debenture. Part of the documentation includes your ownership for each debenture purchase. I believe those applications are subject to the approval of the TSX. And as a condition of the debenture the pricing of the converts has to be at a premium to the market so I am assuming that POETs market maker would be required to intervene but I know nothing about how that works.
