My thoughts are that in June there will be another tranche of  the debenture with new pricing based on updated information regarding OI orders. I  expect that the debenture will be available to  institutions, perhaps customers/partners will have an interest. I expect that the target dates for  the bridge loan are established based on POET's plans re distribution of  funds to enable OI production and the development of  new optical engines and perhaps additional  funding from partners directly for design-in.
